“PERSONAL INFRASTRUCTURES” — 2010 SMIBE Short Film Competition
In its second year, SMIBE Competition challenges us to create and submit 3 minutes videos about our built environment.
SMIBE is the Society for Moving Images about the Built Environment, and is a volunteer-run educational and professional organization that supports the advancement of moving image arts about the built environment.
