Bad customer service
I am glad I found this site. This site has really cool items but the worse customer service, ever!! I do not rec. shopping with this site. Give your business to someone who cares about you as a customer. It took two months to receive a five dollar item :(

Terrible Customer Service
I have been trying to return an item and Babygeared does not answer their customer service line, and all e-mails have been returned as undeliverable.

Sell used cars instead.
As everyone who has found this site knows Babygeared conducts their business in ways that make used car salesmen seem ethical. I would encourage you to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Babygeared wont reply to it but many people check BBB records before doing business.

Angela Beck Hazouri of Babygeared is a scofflaw
Angela Beck Hazouri owes us over $2,000 for our rockers sold through her Babygeared web site. She will not answer e-mails, telephone calls or certified mail. Anyone who knows of Angela’s home address is asked to contact Toby Rapson at info@rapsonarchitects.com.

File a complaint with Atlanta BBB
Currently, babygeared.com is has an unsatisfactory record with the Atlanta BBB. Consumers probably want to consider this prior to shopping with Babygeared.com. http://atlanta.bbb.org/WWWRoot/Report.aspx?site=39&bbb=0443&firm=27163538

BABYGEARED ADVERTS STOCK IT ACTUALLY DOESN'T OWN
*Do not shop at this fraudulent website.* My best friend has a brand which contacted babygeared to sell their products there. The owner, Angela, said the products would suit her online shop very well and simply copy pasted its pictures into her website. This was two years ago, and until now, although my friend tried to reason with her and stated she only could claim to sell their brand if she actually bought the merchandise, until now nothing, she simply refuses to withdraw the products from her website. Conclusion... Many of the products she claims to sell, she doesn't have any stock of, she simply inserts their pictures on her website!! I'm really astonished that she's still a free woman, i really am.

Please file a complaint!
Your friend should file a complaint with the Atlanta BBB. I found the same, they don't sell merchandise, just have the product listed on their website. They did take my order, charged my credit card, but never sent the merchandise. I doubt they are even an authorized retailer for that brand. I had to report the issue to my credit card, and ask them to remove the charges for undelivered merchandise. I did file a complaint with the Atlanta BBB - it is still pending.
