I've been a fan of New York based Intoto for awhile. They just produce the cleanest design's like this porcelain coffee server set called Perk.

Stainless steel inside and out, this refrigerator conforms to the US Department of Energy's stringent standards for residential use - consuming less energy than a 100 watt light bulb. The styling is a wonderfully simple, with fine attention paid to the details: dual compressors, three evaporators, auto-closing hinges, exterior drawers with glazed lids for both crisper and freezer.
Set to debut this fall, we can only imagine the cost of this 'fridge considering that Sub-Zero is the Rolls Royce of refrigeration. But damn if it isn't a beauty.

While browsing a skiing related website today (we're into snow sports, remember?), we came across a post about some guy getting a new Isomac espresso maker. A quick Google search later and we found a "first look" review of the Millenium over at CoffeeGeeks.com.
"One of the most visually appealing machines to hit the market in recent years has to be the Isomac Millennium, a semi automatic, heat exchanger equipped espresso machine. From the polished E61 grouphead right up front to the beautifully sculpted sides and extra thick metal housing, the machine is a head turner. The question is, does it have the performance to back up those good looks."We've never had the opportunity to brew a cup of espresso on the FrancisFrancis! and we certainly haven't brewed a cup on the Isomac, but based on looks alone -- yeah, we know, how shallow of us -- we'd have to say that the Isomac wins the good looks contest hands down. "GET OUT OF THE BOX, and into a Big Chill retro refrigerator. Who says you have to hide your fridge by camouflaging it into your cabinetry?Speak personality and make your statement. Unmistakably, The Big Chill will be the conversation piece at your next party.
Our refrigerator is like a stylish ’57 Chevy Bel Air (only the fins are missing), for those who like to express a bit of style, uniqueness and enjoy terrific color.
This may look like your mama’s icebox, but the Big Chill includes all of today’s functionality, efficiency, and dependability. The only thing we left off was the chisel; no defrosting required!"

"Needless to say the coffee this thing makes is consistently strong, frothy, smooth, and freakin' delicious. I say this from the vantage point of having consumed every form of caffeine I've ever been able to get my hands on, everything from chewing handfuls of raw beans to Starbucks, from Seattle's Best to Cafe du Monde, toss in some French Market, Cafe Molido, and Medaglia D'oro - you name it. I don't generally care much for brewed coffee, but the drip from the Senseo is probably the best I have tasted from a standard drip coffee maker. The coffee isn't the best part about the Senseo though - the cleanup is!"Via: Gadget Madness
Toshiba's Bluetooth Clothes Washer/Dryer.
To quote the Bluetooth SIG:
"This washer-dryer can download the washer/dryer software for new clothes from the home terminal and it can be carried out. When this washer-dryer breaks down, an error code is transmitted to the home terminal, and the correspondence method is expressed in the home terminal."Let's hope that was a translation from Japanese by some automated system, because I have no idea what the heck they are talking about. But I still want one. I certainly need to know that the machine that is cleaning the clothes I depend on every day can express the proper correspondence method, and so far I have yet to see another machine that claims to be able to do it....
The device is only going to be made available in Asia for now. You can try your luck at finding more information on Toshiba Japan's website."

"Although it's 'currently on home trial,' (so don't expect to purchase it anytime soon) this Dyson DC06 robotic vacuum cleaner looks to humiliate all the Roombas and Electrolux robots currently out there eating up cat hair with its 'Dual-Cyclone' action. I'm not sure how I feel about a powerful sucking robot having a 'mood indicator light,' though. Nice robot. Gentle robot. No dreamin' of the overmind for you, love."
