Built in 1937, the house is 850 square feet and features a spacious living area, bedroom and kitchen. The bathroom has a recessed bathtub/shower with the floor tile continuing into the tub. The bedroom appears much larger than it actually is thanks to a half-circle of floor to ceiling bow windows overlooking the rugged hillside.
The house takes full advantage of exterior spaces with a spacious rooftop deck accessed via a steel staircase off the main entrance. A second deck in the back extends out from the living room. A rounded driveway with a covered carport prevents anyone from having to negotiate a car back out onto the narrow road.
